THABAT was founded by partners who share one conviction: a home should be as solid as the promise made when it is sold.
We are a residential property developer. Rather than marketing other people's stock, we acquire the land, commission the design from local architects, manage construction and hand over the finished home directly to its owner.
Keeping every stage in one place lets us control what matters most: the structure, the materials, the finishes and the timeline. It also means our owners always know who is responsible.
Our name, ثبات, means steadfastness. The key inside our mark stands for ownership set permanently in place. It is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
